CAP4AgroInnovation - Agrifood Edition - Education Toolkit 1
ITA: Come previsto nel Piano Formativo, sono stati organizzati e condotti 10 workshop rivolti agli studenti di istituti agrari e alberghieri, tra cui gli istituti "Gae Aulenti" di Biella, "Lazzaro Spallanzani" di Castelfranco Emilia e "Vergani-Navarra" di Ferrara.
I workshop hanno visto la partecipazione di agronomi, chef stellati e nutrizionisti, per dare agli studenti una panoramica completa del settore agroalimentare, dal campo alla tavola.
ENG: As foreseen in the Educational Plan, 10 workshops were organised and conducted for students from agricultural and hotel schools, including the ‘Gae Aulenti’ institute in Biella, the ‘Lazzaro Spallanzani’ institute in Castelfranco Emilia and the ‘Vergani-Navarra’ institute in Ferrara.
The workshops were attended by agronomists, starred chefs and nutritionists, to give students a complete overview of the agrifood sector, from field to table.
